For security purposes, we may need to contact you if you select to have your order delivered to an address other than the cardholder address.
If you are shopping from outside of the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. We will contact overseas customers before the order is processed, to confirm shipping charges.
We try to ensure that all prices on our web site are accurate, but realise that errors may occur. If we find that the price of goods you have ordered is incorrect, we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option of placing your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we can not contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. Shipping And Handling UK SHIPPING - Items are shipped via Royal Mail First Class Post- price is by weight and covers all P&P costs for the total order. Orders to the Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, the Channel Islands and BFPO parcels may be subject to an extra charge, dependant on the weight of the parcel - Customers will be contacted by e-mail first if this is the case and will be asked to confirm if they wish the order to proceed. Delivery Items held in stock will be despatched before the end of the next working day, upon receipt of payment, reaching you within 7 working days. Any items not in stock will be despatched as soon as we receive them. Usually, you will receive these items within 21 days, but please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Back Orders If there is any problem with an item of stock which may take longer than 2 weeks to arrive into us, we will contact you via e-mail or telephone, to discuss options with you.
